kerja sebagai pelaut adalah amat mncabar..

1. to be away from your family
2. not be able to comfort u in hard time
3. im not with u when u need me there
4. for first 5 years of my jobs, i dont even dare dream of raya

this is jus some that i can think of right now

do u have the courage later.

• Bila bercinta pasangan harus mempunyai tahap kesabaran yg tinggi, mempunyi tahap kepercayaan yang tinggi dan harus sentiasa berdoa agar pasangan mereka (pelaut) berada dalam keadaan sihat dan sejahtera serta selamat dalam pelayaran. Dimana mereka semasa sang perempuan memerlukan tempat untuk bermanja? Disinilah terujinya kesabaran hati sang kekasih untuk menerima kekasihnya bergelar pelaut.

• Bila berumah tangga sememangnya ditahap ini terbuktinya keistimewaan dan luar biasanya pasangan pelaut, semasa pelaut dalam pelayaran maka semua tanggungjawab harus dipikul sendiri oleh isteri. Kekuatan tanpa seorang suami disisi menjalani kehidupan sangat mencabar. Dialah isteri dan dialah suami.

• Tanpa suami dalam membesarkan anak-anak dan menyelesaikan masaalah tanpa seorang suami disisi adalah tugas yang tak mampu ditanggung oleh sebarangan isteri. Sesungguhnya pelaut pergi meninggalkan pasangannya itu adalah tandanya pelaut sayangkan isterinya dan anaknya kerana mereka sanggup bergelut dengan ombak yang besar demi memberikan nafkah yang halal kepada anak dan isteri mereka, maka hargailah mereka. Jika seseorang sanggup menerima pelaut sebagai pasanganya, maka percayalah CINTA DENGAN SEORANG PELAUT AMAT TINGGI NILAINYA.

is it your job...

is it your love 1...

is it money...

is it family...

is it allah...

my private opinion is this is that every thing is similarly important
u need a job. it make u fell secured of ur live.
u need love. it refill u.
u need money. it help u live ur life.
u need family so that u have some1 u could hold on n protect dearly.
u need allah. by refueling our faith we can reach higher goal.

according to maslow's hierarchy of needs

human needs 5 thing in order to feel highly motivated

1. physiological needs
   These include the most basic needs that are vital to survival, such as the need for water, air, food, and sleep. Maslow believed that these needs are the most basic and instinctive needs in the hierarchy because all needs become secondary until these physiological needs are met.


2. security needsThese include needs for safety and security. Security needs are important for survival, but they are not as demanding as the physiological needs. Examples of security needs include a desire for steady employment, health insurance, safe neighborhoods, and shelter from the environment.


3. social needs
   These include needs for belonging, love, and affection. Maslow considered these needs to be less basic than physiological and security needs. Relationships such as friendships, romantic attachments, and families help fulfill this need for companionship and acceptance, as does involvement in social, community, or religious groups.


4. esteem needsAfter the first three needs have been satisfied, esteem needs becomes increasingly important. These include the need for things that reflect on self-esteem, personal worth, social recognition, and accomplishment.


5. self actualizing needsThis is the highest level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. self actualizing people are self-aware, concerned with personal growth, less concerned with the opinions of others, and interested fulfilling their potential.

money=physiological needs
